OVBS 2025 Day 3 Highlights | St. George Indian Orthodox Church Brisbane

Brisbane, September 27, 2025 – Day 3 of the Orthodox Vacation Bible School (OVBS) 2025 at St. George Indian Orthodox Church, Brisbane was filled with excitement, learning, and fellowship. Continuing the theme “Walk in Purity” (Psalms 119:9), children arrived in maroon attire, ready for a day packed with activities.
The day began with prayers and devotional songs, followed by engaging Bible lessons that helped children connect faith to their daily lives. Interactive storytelling and discussions encouraged participation and reflection.
Children also enjoyed a lively mix of games, creative art projects, puppet shows, and joyful singing, keeping the campus buzzing with energy. Volunteers and parents continued to play a crucial role, helping with food preparation, activity supervision, and classroom assistance, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
As Day 3 concluded, children left with bright smiles and lasting memories, looking forward to the final highlight of OVBS 2025: the Holy Qurabana on Sunday, which will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Jacks Jacob, former vicar of St. George Indian Orthodox Church and Council member for the Diocese of Asia Pacific Malankara Orthodox Church.
